How a Project Works

Discovery & Scoping (Week 1–2) We understand the workflow, map the current state, define the future state, and agree on what success looks like. You approve the scope before we build anything.

Build Phase (Weeks 2–6, varies by project) We build in sprints. You see progress regularly, not just a final reveal. If something needs to change, we catch it early.

Testing (Week 5–7) We test against real data before we ship. We define a success threshold (accuracy rate, time saved, error rate) and we don’t call it done until we hit it.

Launch & Training (Week 7–8) We go live, train your team on how to use and monitor the system, and document everything so you’re not dependent on us to keep it running.

Post-Launch Check-In (30 and 90 days) We come back to measure actual outcomes against what we projected. If it’s underperforming, we fix it.
