How We Got Here
Gladiator IT started in 2012 with a simple idea: be the IT company that small and mid-size businesses could actually depend on. Not the outfit that just answers tickets. The one that understands how your business runs, shows up when things break, and tells you the truth about your technology.
That model stuck. We still work with clients we picked up in our first couple years. Vet clinics, law firms, dermatology practices, investment companies, brand management firms. Most have been with us for years. A few for over a decade. Our clients span multiple states, from Arizona to Washington, DC.
We didn't grow by running ads. We grew because clients sent us people they actually cared about.
Why AI, and Why Now
AI changed what's actually possible for small businesses. Not in the science-fiction way. In the "this process used to take three people and now it takes one" way.
The businesses we've been supporting with IT for 14 years are now sitting on opportunities that didn't exist two years ago. Customer interactions that only happened during business hours can run around the clock. A report that took someone's whole Friday can run overnight by itself.
We've been building and testing AI tools in our own workflows since early 2023, not as an experiment, but because we needed to understand them well enough to help our clients with them. We use Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools every week in our own operations. We know what they can do and where they break.
That firsthand experience matters. We're not reading vendor case studies and repeating them back to you. We're talking about things we've actually built and broken and fixed.
What We Built Around That
We also run Unique Compliance Services, a compliance firm that handles PCI DSS and IT security compliance nationwide. Almost every Gladiator IT client works with Unique Compliance too, which gives us a full picture: your IT infrastructure, your AI implementations, and your compliance requirements all in one place.
Very few firms offer all three under one roof. We do.
How We Think About This Work
We're honest before we're helpful.
If AI isn't the right answer for a problem, we'll say so. We've told clients not to automate things they should fix first. That honesty is how we end up trusted with bigger things later.
We build, not just advise.
Most consultants hand you a document. We hand you a working system. Could be a network we designed and cabled ourselves, an AI agent we built and wired into your CRM, or a compliance framework that actually holds up under an audit.
We stay until it works.
We don't hand off half-built projects. If something we shipped isn't performing, we go back and fix it.
We communicate like normal people.
Some clients email. Some text. Some use Slack. We don't care which one, and we're not going to make you file a support ticket when a text would do.

We can't name our clients (NDAs apply across the board). What we can tell you is that we've served veterinary clinics since 2016, supported law firms through major growth periods, built networks for dermatology practices opening second and third locations, and helped investment firms modernize their entire infrastructure.

Where we started. On-site team for buildouts, cabling, and infrastructure. Arizona LLC registered in Mesa.
Nationwide
Most work happens remotely. AI consulting, IT management, and compliance don't require anyone in the same room.

Our compliance arm, specializing in PCI DSS and IT security compliance for businesses nationwide. Operates separately from Gladiator IT, but we share clients, coordinate on implementations, and present a unified picture when compliance and IT need to align.
